Troubleshooting: adding co-presenters and assigning presentations

You created a presentation on your account.  You want to add a co-presenter, but when you search for their name, nothing shows up.

The agent you are trying to add as a co-presenter likely does not have their MLS Agent ID in our system.  If there is no MLS Association on their account, they do not show up in your search and you cannot add them as a co-presenter. 

Check for an MLS Association 

To check if the agent you are trying to add as a co-presenter has an MLS Agent ID in our system the agent should:

1. Sign in to their MoxiWorks account.
2. Click the profile photo in the upper right corner.
3. Select My Account.
4. Select MLS from the menu on the left of the screen.  Note: The MLS menu option is not available for agents in certain brokerages.

If the agent has an MLS Association, it appears here.  If there is not, the page indicates that there is no association. 

Many agents can add their MLS Association in Roster.  Some agents cannot add MLS Associations in Roster because this information is provided to us by their brokerage. If the agent does not have the MLS option they should contact their brokerage to add an MLS Association.
