Featured Buyers
- Show your client real-time buyers that are looking for properties that match your client's home
Buyer Heatmap
- Show your client the current market hotspots for buyers and where their home sits within those areas
Online Buyer Activity
- Show what people are looking for in this market to give a sense of the level of interest in the seller's home
The Percy partner custom pages can be added individually to your MoxiPresent presentations and templates.
NOTE: These pages are available for Seller Presentations only to help you win more listings!
If your brokerage has Percy integrated for MoxiPresent, you can use Percy's data in your CMA by adding a page from the page library.
Note: Not all brokerages will have these features available in their Moxi products. If you would like to integrate Percy into your brokerage's Moxi account, please communicate this request to your brokerage leadership.
Follow the instructions below on how to locate these pages to upgrade your presentation.
1. Go to MoxiPresent and create a new presentation if you haven't done so already. Navigate to the Pages section of the presentation editor.
2. Select Add Page, then select from Page Library
3. Under the Partner Pages folder, you will see the Buyside pages available.
4. There are three options. To add them to your presentation, select +Add. (If the page has -Remove next to it, this means it has already been added).
Note: The Buyside pages are only able to be added when making a Seller report. They are not available in the Buyer Tours or other presentations. If there is no subject property address for the presentation or if the address is misspelled/incorrect, the Percy pages will remain blank. This is how Percy pulls in data for your presentation.
For example:
1000 2nd Ave will not work
1000 2nd Avenue will work
