How it works

1. You set the criteria to filter the listings that ads will be created for e.g. all listings over $500,000 in Capital City
2. You choose your ad blueprint: by listing type (new listing, open house, or sold listing) and ad placement (Google Display or Meta/Facebook network)
3. You revise the ad template (creative)
4. You choose the campaign duration and spend
5. That’s it! Ads will be created for any future listing that meets your criteria, and you will receive a notification when it goes live

Before you get started

1. Decide where you want your ad displayed: on the Meta network (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and thousands of other apps) or on the Google Display Network (YouTube, Gmail, and millions of high-traffic websites).
2. Decide on the objective for your ad: to drive traffic to a website or to generate leads.
3. Decide where the ad should direct people: By default, ads will direct people to the property details page on your website; if you want them to visit a different page, have the custom URL ready.
4. Target potential clients in a specific area or (for Meta ads only) upload a CSV list of contacts and target your leads, past clients, and sphere with an ad 
5. Have your credit card ready; ads start as low as $79 / listing.

Log in to MoxiPromote

1. Go to promote.moxiworks.com and log in to your MoxiWorks account
2. Select My Listing Ads and then Automations in the menu on the left; this is where you can create new campaigns or view past campaigns
   
3. Select Create Automation +
   
   

Welcome to Automations: Automation Setup

The Automation Setup window will open f this is your first time creating an automated ad (you can choose to skip this window in the future).

1. Select Next
2. Choose your ad blueprint: by listing type (new listing, open house, or sold listing) and ad placement (Meta/Facebook or Google Display networks), then select Next
   
3. Choose how to filter your listings: you can create ads for all listings, or just some listings (based on property features, location, price etc)
   
4. Then select Save

Set up your program (ad campaign)

1. If you’re running a Meta ad, connect your Facebook page (or choose a previously-connected page)
   
2. Determine the objective of your ad: to drive traffic to a website or to generate leads.
   
3. Update the creative: the text and image for your ad (you can see a preview on the right) and custom URL (web page link), if you want to use one
   
4. Decide on targeting: the region or zip/postcode you want to advertise in; the range of your ads (minimum 15 miles); and upload a CSV file with the email addresses of contacts you want to target
   
5. Choose your Ad Destination: Default from Content (property details page on your website), or a custom URL
   
6. Update Automation Name if needed and select Next
   Remember: every future listing that meets the criteria you set will use this creative and targeting

Determine your ad schedule and budget

1. Choose how many days you want your ads to run
   
2. Set your ad budget
   
3. Input your credit card details or choose the card on file
   
4. Name your ad program, for your reference only (pick something meaningful like “Facebook – all sold listings – Feb 2023”)
   Remember: every future listing that meets the criteria you set will use this creative and targeting

Confirm your ad details and checkout

1. Review your automation details; need to make changes? Simply select Back
2. Ready to go? Select Create automation
   
   Note: You will get an email every time an ad is created using the rules set by your automation

That’s it! Now you can focus on connecting with your clients and sphere while we automate your ads.

Note: You can manage, edit, or cancel your automation any time from the My Listing Ads > Automations link in the left menu.
