Changing the password on your Admin Tools account

Before changing your password, please be aware that this tool provides access to the personal information on agent accounts and other staff accounts.  To protect the information on these accounts, please use a strong password.

A strong password contains: 

• 14 characters minimum 
  
  
• Upper and lower case characters
  
  
• Letters and numbers 
  
  
• Special characters like "!" or "@"

NOTE: If you forget the password, you need to contact us to have it reset.

Changing the Password

To change the password on your Admin Tools account, after logging in to the admin tools interface:

1. Click your name in the upper-right of any page in the Admin Tools.
   
   
2. Click on Account in the dropdown menu:
   
   
   
3. Enter your new password in both the New Password field and the Confirm New Password field.
   
   
4. Click the Update Admin button to set your new password:
