Why does my SSL certificate request look like it was not submitted?

If you submitted a request for an SSL certificate in the Website admin tool and then navigate into the SSL section sooner than 48 hours after you initially submitted your request, it appears as if your initial request was not submitted.

SSL requests can take up to 48 hours to process.

If more than 48 hours passed since you sent your request and an SSL certificate has not been detected, please reach out to MoxiWorks Support via chat or ticket submission and we’d be happy to help.
