Processing Refund to Title via Checkbook.io

First, make sure Escrow account is linked to Checkbook.io.  Normally the customer needs to confirm this.

1. On disburse screen select refund to title
2. There must be a title contact in the system
3. Make sure the title contact has an email.  
4. Do NOT put in a check number in on the disburse screen
5. Go to print checks and use checkbook.io
