Editing a Contact

Your people are your sphere and the core of your business.

You can keep your contact information up to date within Engage and know that it will also update in your connected email database as well.   

Not only are your people your sphere and the core of your business, but good contact information will make for better communication! 

• People love to receive hand-written notes; do you have a mailing address for your contact?
• Have you added their name to their profile?
• Include the names of all the relationships in your contacts sphere (for example spouse, partner, children, pets, etc...)
• Include their social media profile links to make it easy to post directly from Engage to their social channels

To edit a person in Engage you can search for their name in the Find People search box

Or select People from the top navigation menu and choose My People from the drop-down 

If using the Find People search box, type in your person's name and select their name from the options.

If using the My People screen, search for their name in the top search box, or use the filters to narrow your results.  Then select your person by clicking on their name.

This brings you to the Profile Page for the selected person (see below).

Select Profile on the left side of the screen.

Then select Edit

When you have finished editing the information, scroll to the top of the screen and click Done.
